Van Leeuwen Ice Cream Shop

The scope included full interior demolition and renovation of the existing space to accommodate new service areas, customer seating, back-of-house prep zones, and storage. Electrical work included new power distribution, lighting and lighting controls, fire alarm raceways, and data raceways. All work was completed in accordance with Van Leeuwen brand specifications, local building codes, and current NEC standards.
